Family owned and operated, Southern Lakes Scaffolds has built up an enviable reputation over the last 30 years. Having commenced operation in 2005, the team at Southern Lakes Scaffolds has grown to 50 staff. SL Scaffold have extensive industry knowledge and an established track record. The team pride themselves on delivering the highest quality wormanship. Our project history demonstrates a committment to exceeding our client's expectaions every time. Safety is of the utmost importance to us - we have strict Health and Safety requirements and employ our own qualified scaffolding inspectors and Health and Safety Manager .

Commercial
Our commercial scaffolding is erected to the latest standards and health and safety requirements. We take pride in the regular maintenance and consistent quality of our scaffold, erected by our qualified scaffolders and supervised by our in-house inspector. We also specialise in cantilevered and hung scaffolding, hoarding, shrinkwrapping, covered walkways and gantrys. We can offer design services for complex projects.

Garrit is the Founder and Managing Director of Southern Lakes Scaffolds, and has oversight of all performance and strategy works within the company. Having started Southern Lakes Scaffolds in 2005 in Central Otago, he has a vast knowledge of scaffolding and the scaffolding industry. Garrit enjoys working with clients and staff members across all branches to ensure jobs are completed flawlessly and on time. He believes in changing the view on scaffolding and bringing a professional approach to the industry.
